This policy explains what UniXpo collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because our data handling is short.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you send a brief through our contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to type — company, show name, stand size, your brief, and any file you attach. That is the only form on this site.

Information collected automatically

Our servers keep standard access logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are used to keep the site running and to block abuse. We also record the IP address of form submissions so we can rate-limit automated spam.

Why we use it

• To reply to you. A brief exists so we can quote on it.
• To keep the site up. Logs let us diagnose errors and stop attacks.
• To meet our obligations. Where a contract follows, we keep the correspondence that led to it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you across other websites.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the administration area — that applies to our staff, not to visitors.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are stored on our own server and emailed to our team. Our hosting provider necessarily processes the traffic that reaches the site. We use Cloudflare in front of the site, which sees request metadata in order to filter malicious traffic.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
